StayLo respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at StayLo possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. We do not sell, trade, rent or loan your personal information to others, unless instructed by a court of law. What information do we collect?
To order a product, you will need to set up an account. To set up an account, we will need to know your name, email address, billing and shipping address and payment method. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. You will also be asked to enter your email address so that we may contact you regarding your order. In addition, you will also be asked to create a password so that you may access your account in the future (and so you don’t have to re-enter all your information again). When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and email address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. How does StayLo services protect customer information?
To place an order on our site, your browser must except SSL. We also protect customer information simply by never selling, trading, loaning or renting your personal information to others (EVER!). StayLo is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, that are located in controlled facilities. We also run proactive server, network and facility security audits, proprietary encryption algorithms for database storage, redundant systems, and data backup. Does StayLo release data to brands and manufacturers?
StayLo only sells products to “end users” and will not facilitate in any way by selling products to resellers. StayLo may from time to time work with manufacturers to help them troubleshoot parallel selling or marketplace orders however we will never release customer information back to the manufacturer of a product or brand even if that manufacturer suspects or has reason to believe that you are reselling their products on a third party channel without their prior written consent.

Will StayLo share information to outside parties?

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders (Examples include FedEx, DHL, USPS, or UPS), and a payment processing companies to bill you for goods and services. StayLo takes reasonable and ongoing security safeguards’ and measures to protect your data and any health information you have provided from loss, as well as from unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure. However you understand and agree that with the nature of the internet and the world wide web that any transmissions, uploads and data can NEVER be fully secure. There is always a risk of a security breach and there may be serious potential consequences for people whose information is in danger or whose data has been breached. How long does StayLo keep your data?
To the extent required by applicable law, we keep the personal information you provide for the shortest duration as necessary during of our relationship, plus a reasonable period to comply with the applicable statute of limitations or if otherwise required under applicable law.

What about email?
StayLo sends out order confirmation and order tracking emails to our customers when you place an order. These order related emails are vital to making sure your order is delivered correctly therefore, you do not have the opportunity to opt out or unsubscribe from these transactional emails. You may also sign up for one of our newsletter emails during the checkout process when placing an order. You may unsubscribe to these newsletters emails at anytime by logging into your account and changing your communication preferences. In addition, you may also unsubscribe to any newsletter email by following the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Where is my data being stored?
We may store your data manually or electronically. Any data stored electronically will be stored on secure servers in the United States, and any data stored manually will be stored in our premises within the United States. In order to exercise your rights, we will need to obtain information to locate you in our records and verify your identity depending on the nature of the request you make from us. We verify you by comparing the information that you provide to us when you make your request to the information that we currently retain. If you are submitting a request on behalf of a household, we will need to verify each member of the household by having them each separately submit a request.

If you are making any of the requests above through an authorized agent, we will request written documentation from you to confirm such authorization.
